The ANCOLD Sydney YP organising committee was honoured to host the ANCOLD/NZSOLD 2022 Conference Welcome Reception held at Darling Harbour’s Dockside venue. The event was a great success with nearly 400 attendees! For many this was the first opportunity to catch up after a few years apart. The networking bingo was a great success, and many prizes were awarded to winning attendees. Welcome Receptions hosted by the Young Professionals is a trend we hope to continue into the future and we look forward to hosting everyone again in Cairns! A Young Professionals & Executive networking lunch was also held during the Sydney conference. This was a great opportunity for YPs to network with the ANCOLD Executive and senior leaders in the industry. Franceska Strano (outgoing National Convenor) shared what the ANCOLD YP community means to her and the great opportunities it has to offer YPs.
