On the 17th July 2013, 15 young dam industry professionals toured the Seqwater Flood Operations Centre. The group was made up of engineers from operations, regulatory and consultancy backgrounds, with URS, GHD and DEWS being strongly represented.
Terry Malone, Senior Hydrologist with Seqwater gave the group a short tour of the centre, followed by a highly informative presentation about Seqwater’s role in providing water to South East Queensland and the activities of the centre. Many thanks go out to Terry Malone and Michel Raymond for their support with organising this event.
