Paul is a civil engineer with over 25 years of dams experience, predominantly in consulting engineering, working on water supply dams, retarding basins, levees and tailings dams in projects across Australia. Paul has been involved in numerous dam safety reviews and dam designs and upgrades, as both Project Manager and Project Director. He was recently Aurecon’s Geotechnical and Dams Team leader across Victoria and South Australia. Paul was a member of the 2016 ANCOLD Conference Organising Committee and was the Convenor of the 2018 ANCOLD Conference. He is currently Sunwater’s Engineering Manager for the Paradise Dam Upgrade Project. Paul is passionate about dams engineering and encouraging younger engineers to seek a career in the dams industry.
