With twenty years of experience, predominantly in consulting engineering, Colleen has built a reputation as a trusted leader in the dams industry. Some of Colleen’s key roles have included Project Director for a number of complex dam engineering and hydropower projects in Australia and internationally, Alliance Leadership Team member, and more recently Business Group Leader for a team of dam and tunnelling engineers. She is currently a Technical Director in GHD’s Melbourne-based dams group. In her roles, Colleen has been responsible for a broad range of elements of projects and business leadership. Colleen is a people-focused leader, and has a strong passion for sharing knowledge of emerging dam engineering technologies, and training and coaching junior staff.
