Life of a Dam Webinar Series – Insights into Queensland Hydro’s Borumba and Pioneer-Burdekin Projects

The ANCOLD Queensland Young Professionals Committee carried out a joint event with Queensland Hydro on 8 August 2024. Tom Reed and Craig Wiltshire presented about Borumba and Pioneer-Burdekin Pumped Hydro Projects. These pumped hydro energy storage schemes are very important in the ongoing transition to renewable energy. The event took place at Queensland Hydro’s Brisbane Office and was also available online. In-person attendees enjoyed some finger food while networking to close out the event.

Thank you to Tom and Craig for their great presentations.
